How long it effects?

<p>You should get an automated answer right away.  How long it takes may depend on complexity of issue.  I got an immediate response when petitioning about spamm tells.  But it took at least 24 hrs when I petitioned about mail issues. </p><p>If you dont get an automated response petition again. </p>
