Exp Potions

<p>Since Exp gain post level 70 is converted to AAxp will Exp potions increase the amount of AAxp gained if used at level 70?</p><p>I'm trying to figure out whether or not I should use my Exp potions with my level 68 character or save them to help with gaining AA points once I reach level 70.</p><p>Any insight would be highly appreciated. Thank you.</p>

<p>AA gain is less then level gain</p><p>use them on your 68 toon.  Or wait til they raise the cap and use it then on your 70 toon to level</p><p>I think that a wast of potion to help gain an AA point.  </p>

Thank you for the response. My character is now 38% into level 68 with 3 Exp Potions for each of the different % gains so level 70 shouldn't take too long. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

yea, I think they are vet rewards or when you buy a certain expansion, I have one with 3 uses on it, and to be honest I forgot where it came from.

They're veteran rewards, although my in-laws had several sets of them to claim when they started the game about 2 months ago...and they were definitely NOT veterans. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Each of the potions is awarded at a veteran reward level.  If you bought EOF then you get a veteran rewards for 1-day, 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, 182-day rewards.  When you reach a certain reward point you get the XP potions for Tradeskills, Adventure and on one a player repec stone.   The higher the reward days, the higher the XP % of the potion.  So for instance one may be an additional 24% XP for 30mins.   Another may be 44% or 57% for 30 mins.  Definately good for grinding in a heroic dungeon or two.  Especially if the mobs at yellow to you <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>You get potions for Tradeskill XP too (three Adventure XP potions and three Tradeskill XP potions on each occasion).</p><p>And not only the XP bonus gets better with later potions, the duration gets longer too, at least for the Tradeskill XP ones. The last one lasts 45 minutes.</p><p>I used Tradeskill XP potions on my Carpenter in his late sixties, and gained a level on each potion. Should have started using them in my early sixties, now I reached lvl 70 before all were used up.</p><p>If you're a Scholar you'll probably want to start even earlier, in your fifties, since Scholars level so fast. Or save it until the day they (maybe) raise the cap to 80 <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
