ERROR with mail to Guild

<p>I am very sure I am not the only person that has ever had this problem so I will ask for help here:</p><p>When I address a general mail to the entire Guild and send it, I must get at least 20 "Could not find Recipient" error messages, one after the other. I have asked SOE about this in a formal inquiry but the only response back was the cliche about using a UI. </p><p>If anyone knows what I should do here, besides deleting my eq2 custom UI, I would be very thankful ! </p>

<p>This has been going on for at least 6 months or longer.  I also petitioned about it.  The response I got was if mailboxes were full it would bounce, also sometimes when mail is deleted it doesn't actually go away and create a situation that makes it seems as if the mail box is full.  After sending guild mail to the 90 plus members (36 actual accounts) I did an informal survey and found that most were getting the mail on at least one toon.  So i stopped worring about it.  But it is a drag for sure and something I wish they would fix.   </p><p>I don't know what happens if you have inactive members and their mailboxes are full, but that may effect things also.    BTW the person who responded to my petiton didn't say anything about the ui.  They suggested posting a motd in guild window about mail.  </p>
