<p>ok posted this in another forum but had no responces so i thought maybe here.</p><p>i want to macro the freehand scorcery and manaburn action but i get a message back that manaburn is not in spellbook. ok no biggie, i'll just put it on the hotbar.</p><p>So now, How do i activate a hotbar button within a macro?</p>

Hot bar buttons cannot be activated via macro sorry, there must be a way to call manaburn, maybe you're missspelling it or something else

/useability Freehand Sorcery /useability Manaburn make sure the spell is EXACTLY like it shows in your knowledge book, or it wont work. That macro should work, it would use freehand sorcery, then cast manaburn.

This macro works perfectly, and you should also add another line : /g manaburn starting prepare Rez just to let healer know that you'll eventually be in trouble <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Doesnt Catalyst NOT stack with that combo? you'd be wasting it? thats what ive heard at least. I just use FHS + Manaburn.

ManaBurn Can't Crit so yes it is wasted

Would Manaburn + freehand sorcery + flame attunement + Wrath of the burning prince work? If so in which order and how much damage will it pump out ?

Wraith of the Burning Prince only works off of spells that are originally heat based aka no ice nova WotBP or fusion WotBP.  I heard when EoF was still new of WotBP getting 1 million point hits from stuff similiar to that so it was made to only work off of heat based un modified spells and also a cap damage was implemented as well just under 60K for the massive damage part of it, since WotBP makes the spell hit twice if you check your logs aka use ball of lava and it will hit for 9K or so and also 55Kish in the exact same second.

So for a wizard at level 70 is manaburn worth taking?  Or are there better options for a raiding wizard?
