<p>Ok SOE, there isn't any reason you can not be proactive and state there is an issue with your site. I was trying to look up a lvl 12 character last night and there was no info for him. I looked him up again, no info. The character I was playing is lvl 15 and has been for 2 days(lvl locked to maximize my AP) and today he is still showing as lvl 13.</p><p>This is use to be almost real-time, if not almost, it was real-time. What is the ETA for fixing this?</p>
