Petition question

<p>Does anyone know how long it takes to get an email acknowledgement or for a petition to appear in your service history?</p><p>I put in a petition about 12 hours ago and have no email acknowledgement and it isn't in my list. Just wondering if it got lost somehow and I should re-submit it.</p>

<p>Hi there,</p><p>Since I started the game just over a year ago I have used the petition system 5 times. Once about a mistake I made on AA points which was my own fault. The other 4 were for bugged chest drops in various zones. Each time I had a GM contact me within 2 hrs and the problem was sorted out. </p><p>If your post has not appeared in the "questions" section of service history straight away after you refresh the page then it did not go through for some reason. One piece of advice. Be nice! These are real people you are talking to who work in a job where they follow rules. If you are nice they will do their very best to accomodate you. If you are arrogant they will stick to the rules rigidly, just as I would if I were in there position. If you are nice and you still dont get what you want it is simply because the are not allowed or cant give it to you. Not because they are in a bad mood and have just decided to be awkward</p><p>My two cents</p>

I petitioned just the other day and got automated response in minutes, and right after got response from actual person.  Now I was petitioning  about plat spam so it wasn't a complicated problem.  The only hitch I found was I had to reconfirm my email address in order to do the petition, so had to go out of game to do that, but once I did that it was very quick.   Resubmit if you still haven't gotten a response and post in tech forum.
