I am returning after taking a break for about a year. I want to create a new toon and start from scratch. I am going to create a Conjie and would like to lvl up in EoF. Can an Erudite make the trip over to Kelethin after the Island and lvl up there? If not i'll just start a toon that can i guess.

Thanks

Well you can always buy a ticket for 60s to Thundersteeps docks from Harbor master in Qeynos Harbour, take the bell at then end of dock on the left side. Then catch boat to Butcherblock from TS dock. Or you can go by Griffon to Steppes station and sneak across to TS Docks. In Butcherblock if you have invis, you can slip across Butcherblock to Kelethin. Be sure to get EQ2map at interface for a great tool.

I can't remember if you can start other races in Kelethin, but you might be able to, it has been a while since I started a toon there and I did a Fae. Good Luck with your journey and Welcome back.

Ya you can always travel there but no you cant start there as an Erudite. I recommend a gnome for conjuror. We get really nice racial traits that will help you excell your conjy. We get like 4 INT racial traits, confusing babble which is a huge asset (like 2200 hate reduction at 70) and others.

Erudite has benefits as well but I think for a conjy your better off with a gnome. Gnomes can start at all 3 cities I believe.

Once you follow Isisalthea's instructions on how to get to Kelethin, you can begin your quests to become a citizen of Kelethin by speaking the the City Registrar, Gibrian, inside the building on the Green Knoll. Since you'll be coming from Qeynos, you won't have to worry about having to lose any spell upgrades you have as its only a relocation and not a betrayal. HTH
