Hello, I upgraded to a better pc, and was wondering if anyone could help me out as to what setting i can adjust to remove a glowing Halo from mobs and interactive objects.

Currently they are glowing too bright, giants have this enormous halo around them as well. Any help would be much appreciated

Without seeing a screenshot this sounds like you have Bloom effects enabled. This usually mimics AntiAliasing for the most part but it does it by creating a "glowing" type halo around the images on screen. Start there and see how it works for you.

A screenshot might help further attempts to resolve this issue. You might want to consider starting a new thread in the Tech Support section with your system specs as well.

It's almost certainly one of the 'bloom' tick boxes (in your display options, alt-O) - try unticking them:

I think the other is just inner lighting. They can both be ajusted with sliders i belive. I keep mine on minimum- wich is really great for immersion but it gets a bit funky when trying to fight a large group of mobs and having to figure wich one is the one i am actually hitting
