how do I get secondary tradeskills?

The Transmuting Trainers and Tinkering Trainers are in Kelethin itself (Near Housing Aerie I think the platform is called... the one between the bank and the Restaurant plats) and on Butcherblock docks (coming from the ramp, Transmuter on the far left side, Tinker on the far right). All of the regular recipes and abilities can be bought from the trainers but any advanced pages will need to be obtained via drops or from fellow players on the broker. HTH

You can also find Tinkering and Transmuting trainers on the Butcherblock dock. To get to Butcherblock (you'd run overland to Kelethin from there), make your way to the Nektulos Forest or Thundering Steppes docks.  There you'll catch a boat which will take you to the Butcherblock dock.
