"Total NPC Kills" and Rankings not updating

I've checked my character's profile every now and then, and I noticed that "Total NPC Kills" is not updating. It's probably true that Rankings isn't updating as a whole.

<p>The rankings not updating has also been an issue for me.  It used to be that the rankings updated very quickly after doing a tracked action in the game.  Now we're lucky if your individual character rankings update once a day, usually after the server goes down in the morning.  As of today's post my individual character rankings haven't been updated for three days.  </p><p>To compound the problem, if you search the leader boards those ranking are updated even less.  At seems like the leaderboards only get updated when there is a large update (which can be weeks in between).  For instance right now if you look at my main character's rankings she shows as ranked 20th on her server in her class for quests completed.  If you do a search on the leaderboards it will show her as ranked 22nd.  And if I count the quests I have done since the leaderboards were last updated, I could be ranked 19th presuming those behind me didn't move as far as I did (but who knows since i can't get updated rankings on those characters either).</p><p> For a service that has to be paid for I find this extrememly frusturating and frankly illegal for not providing the services as promised.</p>

<p>You could try mine: Spyte on Splitpaw server. My quest total is not updating and neither are the quest completion rankings. It was working just fine until some point on Fri when it stopped giving me quest count updates. </p><p>I havent checked to see if the kills ranking has updated. </p><p>It is a little frustrating; when the site's working my quest count used to update almost immediately. The ranking's I guess took a little longer, usually a day or so, but at the moment they arent updating at all. </p>

Our EQ2Players guild information hasn't updated since March 10th.

My character info isn't updated either, Zhiitake@Splitpaw levelled from 48 to 49 Alchemist. Also the 'Last seen on' is stuck at 6th of March while I played yesterday evening (March 13th, 9:30PM GMT)
