Hello quick question

  I am new to the Illisionist and find it very complix but fun at the same time....I have read through most of the forum and I see that most people recommend the WIS and AGI lines in KOS and the first line in EOF to get Illuminate.....my question is as a new Illusionist which tree and line should I go first...is Illuminate line better to start with than WIS or should I sink my first few in AGI and then respec to WIS when I have enough to get fourth tier....thanks for the help!!!!

I do not recommend the WIS line, nor do I recommend the Illuminate line.  They are both mostly a waste of AAs.  If I was just starting out, I would get Mana Flow from the Enchanter tree, then drop points into the "Time" Line up until Color Shower/Sadness(don't bother with points in these, at least not Color Shower until you have the spell), and then put points over in the Right side line(Enchanting line perphaps?).  Put 1 into Cure Arcane, then a few into Scintillation, by this time you should have Fleeting Thoughts and Prismatic Discord so place some points into there.  When you hit 35 you should start putting points into the Intesnity upgrade.  Once you have all these maxed out, you probably will want to go to the Enchanter tree and start down the AGI Line and get Chronosiphoning maxed out at 8.  Once you have that, if you're Level 50, start putting points into the Color Shower AA of the Time line(which one you get this pick up Time Compression), and then once you hit 52 put the points into Savante on the Enchanting Line(once you have enough points in the Enchanting line pickup Illusory Arm as well), otherwise start going down the INT line and get Spell Crits maxed out.  Once that's all done, put 2 more points into the INT starter, and pickup Volatile Magic.  Now go back to the AGI line and start maxing out that tree with 8 into Recovery, 2 into Casting Speed, and Perputality.  With that, you should be at 97 AAs spent(49 in Enchanter, 48 in Illusionist).  You can spend the last Enchanter point anywhere, and same with the last 2 Illusionist points.

I agree with Pinski almost 100%. The only difference is I went in a different order. KoS Int > Kos Agi > EoF Enchanting > EoF Time. It obviously depends on what you find yourself using the most.

<p>WIS line? heh, you must have been reading the coercer forums. my reccomendation is to take those lines pinski said.</p><p>if you wanna play an enchanter to be an enchanter switch to coercer. cuz illus are dps.</p>
