Thinking of returning- my stuff still around?

<p>Hey all.</p><p>After about a year's break from the game, find myself kind of missing it.</p><p>I keep remembering warnings about deleting inactive player accounts to free up names though.</p><p>(Or maybe that was for another game...)</p><p>In any event is there any way to know if my characters and stuff still exist? Or after a year will I be starting anew?</p>

I think if you log into the EQ2players site, it should automatically show you what characters are associated with your station name, so you don't have to remember all their names. From memory, the only characters were deleted were characters under level 10 with less than 1g to their names, who hadn't been played in a certain number of months.  I don't know of any other occasion when deletions have happened, so chances are your characters should be there still.

<p>Actually, I'm very sorry, but you hadn't paid your rent in so long I bought out your stuff from the lease holder and just recently auctioned it all off.</p><p>Almost everything sold, and the law clearly states that the profits are mine to keep.  I had some problem selling this Pooky Doll  you had though, so when you get back let me know, and I'll box it up and mail it to you.</p><p>(Yes, you're stuff is still here for any characters higher than level.. 8ish.  The level of characters purged was definitely 10 or less, but higher than 5. *nods*)</p>
