You can give any tradable item to any transmuter that has enough skill to transmute the item for you. As long as the person transmutes the item in your presents, you will receive a chat message "(character name) transmutes (item name) into fragement/powder/infusion/mana vial. This way you know the transmuter isn't ripping you off. "Oh sorry that master transmuted into a fragment/powder."</p>

thats a shame, would have been good to have been able to transmute all those 'no-trade' quest rewards that people get.

<p>carfull tho..</p><p>We tried with the manastone bag and it did not give and update, but i did end up getting the manabag and it used my item. so u might need to check the quest before you go tru it...  </p>
