Achievement Points

Ok, so settle an argument for a friend and I, what level do you begin earning achievement points?  I'm at work so I cannot prove him wrong yet ;P

You start earning acheivement at lvl 10, it used to be lvl 20 i beleive

When KOS first came out it was 20, however at the release of EOF they changed it to level 10, so you are right, go rub it in his face now <img src="/smilies/908627bbe5e9f6a080977db8c365caff.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
