n00b Question, What is a STR 4/4/8 Build

<p>Just started playing EQ2 and I'm a little confused.</p><p> Does a 4/4/8 STR build refer to the branches in the bruisers AA tree?</p>

When people are talking about 4/4/8 str or 4/4/8 int it refers to the brawler tree which is for both monks and bruisers. 4/4/8 means 4 points in the first bubble of the branch, 4 in the second one and 8 points in the third. 4/4/8 str give you 96% double attack when you're fighting with both weapon slots empty. It's a nice dps build if you don't have fabled weapons.

Looks like you need Kingdom of Sky for the brawler tree. Weird, I always thought having Echoes of faydwer gave access to both trees...

EoF only gives you access to both trees if you bought it retail.
