Sorry guys another AA post

<p>I dont play a defiler but I am helping a newbie play eq and she is a defiler and I trying to help her pick kos aa and I read these boards and I just get a headache everyone says something different</p><p>Can someone just give me a good AA set up for a group defiler</p><p>just kos is good for now.  </p><p> Thanks, just the bottom line </p>

<p>Thats very true.   Defilers don't have a must-have line, nor do they have an 'avoid' line either.   Every line will benefit you in some way or another.  I think it largely depends on your own combat preferences and habits and choosing AA lines that enhance them.</p><p>Currently I'm favouring STR 44682 and WIS 48822, (49 pts inc dog) although prior to the last update STA was 4883 (instead of WIS).  The difference I've found has been negligible; the extra  damage created by the shield stun debuff is now being done by the dog instead.</p><p>The STA route was a little more defensive, the WIS a little more aggressive.   I made the switch for one particular aspect of pvp which I'm not going to go into for sake of my own tactical secrecy.  Rest assured its not exploitative or anything close to it, purely something that could be easily countered in combat if it were common knowledge.   Its not something that gives me a huge advantage, but I've found I've fared better with the WIS line instead of STA in both pvp and pve.  Raiding is not a key issue for me yet.</p>
