Don't know what level you are but.... Lambent Ballanced Strut, its a T6 adorn, and IMO is better then anything else

what the previous guy said or if your not into avoidance and need mit, you can get a t7 shield adorn too, i think shield adorns are labeled as strut, so you can broker browse that way. oh there's also a successful block and then heal adorn? either way if you mt it's either 1% block adorn 67+ mit adorn thats it

This IMO is the optimal set of adorns, in order of priority:

1) A tower shield with a block % adorn (lambent balanced strut). Ideally look for a shield with a 1332 rating or higher; an example would be the Shield of the Wurms from labs. This is what you use when you're getting hit hard. Qeynos Guard would also suit this adorn. If you don't raid B'Riareos Defender from CMM suits this adorn extremely well too.

2) A buckler with a damage shield adorn (scintillating spiked strut). This will typically be your best buckler. You use this when tanking and keeping aggro is your main concern; the damage shield complements your inflaming defense, and triggers more since the buckler has lower avoidance.

3) A buckler with a crit % adorn (lambent tactical strut). Handy in any situation you're not the tank, it's the most DPS you can get when a damage shield won't be proccing if you're not getting hit.

4) A shield with a reactive heal on block effect. You'll only use this to solo; can be very handy against large groups of low or fast-hitting mobs.

Of course, if you don't take the buckler line, this is simplified somewhat. But you should always take the buckler line
