Well.as we all know that when we target an enemy ,we sometimes use the arcane binding abilities to roots our enemy in place, preventing them from movement. Then we can defeat it by ourself with others help. But it seems that it has lose its function. It doesn't work now!

When I was play with my friends ,I tried to binding one of encounters to defeated him my byself ,but it failed. My friend can still kill it also when I binded the mob.I was so frustrated.I just want to kill it by my hands.

I don't know wheather it happend to you. Could you tell me why and how can I to set it?Is there anything I missed?

Don't laugh me if it was a stuipt question.

Sometimes they will not stay on the mob. Sometimes the mob will resist it too. Also, if you use any damage over time spells (dots) it will break the root.

Shouldn't this be moved to the Wizard's boards where no one will ever read it? You moved the Fury bug to the Fury boards Echgar.....

yes roots sometimes break or get resisted. also check to make sure you are using your newest version of the spell, as they get upgraded after a certain amount of lvls
pfft that aint nothing. I tryed rooting a mob I belive it was 4 or 5 times. Resist resist resist. Dam it lets nuke it to death in 1 on 1 combat! RESIST omg im gonna die gotta root it and run resist, oh pls Dear god let it stick!!!! RESIST. Global resist reduction my [Removed for Content]. Those were adept 1 and adept 3 spells to. The root being the adept 3.
40 Fury here and my root takes 5-6 times to stick to any mob. I'm maxed at ordination and all that other crap. So not sure what I can do. I dont use it on my 70 Conj so dont know if this is the same case.

Other than that correction, I cannot comment with any authority on this as my warden is just starting. I can say that on my conj, i DO use it, as it makes my pet last 5x as long. And it works with no problem (of course unabate helps.)
