Well I dont raid but for ranger AA the double shot line is pretty essential. It increases damage and delay of our best CA. Including stream of arrows, even though that ability does suck, in a raid you should be able to hit close to 1k with it while crit which will be great for down time while you wait for other skills to pop up. Along with the double shot ability at the end. Theres also an AA to increase the duration of focus fire line to 15 seconds which will allow a LOT more CA to land so that might be worth getting as well.

IMO, if you want to raid, ditch the charm pet. You won't find anything to charm while raiding. I personally went for Poise in agi line for reduced cast time and am on my way to the bottom in the int line for poison usage. These are from the predator tree btw, and spending as many pts possible in the + crit% chance is highly recommended. For the ranger EoF tree, I'd recommend going down the far right for double shot while increasing dmg potential on all your good CAs and also getting the bottom line in far left for more poison triggers. This will save you a good deal of money as a poison with 100 triggers will now have 150, a 60 trigger will go to 90. And like the poster ahead of me said, putting a full 5pts in focus aim is great. With reduced cast time, that extra 5secs will go a LONG way toward your dps.

You are using valuable DPS points for a animal that will never help in raids and as a matter of fact most of that line to get the pet wont help you in raids. So basically the 17 points it takes to get the pet are nearly wasted. For raid this is what you need: KoS Agi - 4,4,4,8,2 - put the other 2 where ever you want - i put them in Agi Int - 4,4,4,8,2 put the other 2 where ever you want - I put them in Int EoF Entire double attack line (sans Stream of Poo) 5 in caustic The focus line to get extenstion. 3 in dances, 5 in focus, 5 in honed, 5 in Killing -> then extension - you will need the + to hit. And the extra range will put you outside most mobs AoE range Leaves you with 2 extra points I put them in pathfinding but I might move them to snaring shot so the recast is 5 s. I would never be without and CA to cast.

I thought you had to spend 22 points in a line before you could get the final skill. I have: Str - 1 Agi - 4/4/6/8/2 Int - 8/4/4/8/0 For a total of 50 AA

Even if it requires 22 points in a line for the final ability, you can still get both Poise and Intox.

At least I think thats what you were asking. If not, just ignore this.

It does not have to be Melee AA as I do not do that either. But ranger's blade and mortal reminder are good DPS melee arts that should be used as often as they are up.
