View Full Version : Kelethin to Qeynos citizenship

<p>Greetings!</p><p>How does my High Elf Illusionist change from Kelethin to Qeynos citizenship? Who does she speak too? She never had any housing in Kelethin, and I am unable to purchase a house in Castleview Hamlet, therefore I'm guessing there is an npc somewhere I need to speak to to become a Qeynos citizen. Could someone point me in the right direction please? </p><p> Many thanks!</p>

The quest starter is Duryo Valstat, located just outside the Mage tower ins So. Qeynos.

The 2 guards you need to speak with on the 2nd quest are in Antonica at: Jenkins - south tower, -389, 9, 268 and Rathfrod - north tower, -393, -20, -290

Does the K>Q quest involve raising your faction up through random tasks like Q>K does?

Nope no faction raising at all..two simple quests and wham Qeynos citizen.

OH wait, I forgot that I would keep my 50,000 max ally faction with Qeynos if I became a Kelethin citizen anyway, so I can become a citizen then move back to qeynos for the sake of doing the quests.

<p>I never had a room to relinquish, but Duryo Valstat will not speak to me or give a quest.  Just keeps saying a generic hello type message.  </p><p>Thoughts?</p>

I did not do the Kelethin Citizen quest and am level 7. Is there a min level you need to be or do you need to be a citizen of Kelethin first?

Ok I found the answer, there is a level limit. You have to be level 10 then the quest becomes available.

The north guard tower is the one near Ardent Needle on your way to the oracle tower. If you are like me you tried to go to the one next to the south tower. That is actually the center tower. Hope this helps
