Decap vs Troub

<p>How is that Decap manages to always land on me and i have  50% avoid  and over 50% mit. and yet  they can resist  almost everything i throw at them and there fully debuffed. Is any one else haveing  issues with being decaped by almost everybody that has the spell. I almost all of the time get decaped for  40 to 70% of My hp  and i have all but 2 peices of pvp gear i have high  slash crush and peicing resists. If any of you can help me to avoid being  freaken decap alot  that will help </p><p>93 decap in 5 days </p><p>Champion Epif Troub on Nagafen</p>

<p>Everyone hates decap, I feel your pain.  M1 Decap has a 100% to unresist on the label.  It's also something along the lines of 7k-14k dmg.</p><p>In other words, you aint gonna get away from that one unless you're up against the app2 version =p  It's one of the large reasons they put in a dmg cap in PvP.</p>

<p>Epif...your a Q so I really dont wana be giving you tips....BUT, I will anyway because your a troub!</p><p>Make sure you are the one doing the hunting, not being the hunted.  When fighting other scouts, use your snare, mez, and charm to your advantage.  The best way to avoid a decap is to NOT let other scouts get behind you.  Most all rouge based classes have positional attacks, and they need to be behind you to get them off.  If you snare and run a few feet from them, they cant get behind ya.</p><p>If they do get behind ya though, I fear its over bud...reguardless of your gear.</p>

Decap is not positional, it only requires stealth. The best way i have seen of surviving it, is to use your stiffle shot to open. if that lands they cant use decap for 8 second, if you miss... well usually you'll do some damage and break their stealth anyway. Then you mez/debuff and break it with the stiffle shot again. keep em at a distance and you'll win easily.

Seriously, I know of a few assassins that save their decap JUST for you, even if theyre whooping you and dont need. I know of a couple in particular that are waiting for you not to run away so they can double decap you. Really, who keeps that kind of track? 93 decaps?</p><p>Besides that im not sure what to tell ya; sometimes decap gets off on my troub, sometimes it doesnt. MOST often when i use it on my 70 assassin, it gets parried or whatever and a wasted timer.. </p>
