Lvl 35? skill called Devestation Fist. Its from the Bloodline Chronicles. Basically any mob that has no arrows or down arrows can be one shotted if it lands.  Take the last rooms in OOB. You can even one hit yellows as long as it lands . Nothing like one hitting a mob for 18k as a monk<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Its a fun spell!!

It can be used in duels, but only to kill pets.  I can't be used on another player directly.

any pet,  i.e necro pets, conjurs, ? if not thats not worth it, i 2 shot any other pets anyways.

conj get a thing that keeps d fist from 1 shotting their pet.  so not too uber in duels.  nice for pvp server. not sure about necro pets.  i'm not sure what lvl the guy getting one shotted is, but if you're getting 1 shotted at lvl 70 you're doing something wrong imo.   i've eaten ice nova, mana burn, and some other big hit all in one fight and still won.  i'm not 'uber' by any means.  wiz gets the drop on you, roots you, nukes for 5k.  heal it off, break root (may require aa) bum-rush/clown-stomp.  if you manage to get rooted again, auto run (so you know for sure when root breaks) watch the wiz, when he plants his feet, count 1 second, outward calm.  at this point i'm usually around 80%hp with an annoying lil dot on me, and the caster has been hit with mastis star, and is almost dead from my thrown weapons.  the dots tend to break roots and mantis star makes their hp really sad, so if you use decent ammo you're in the win.

<p>I am not playing in a PvP server but I would bet anyhting on a Wizz being able to one shot any class if manaburn works against players. Consider a level 70 Wizz having only 5000 thousand power. Manaburn=25000 damage. Say you resist 65% of that you should get hit for 8750 hit points. I think that says it all.</p>

In PVP it does 85% of max health and it can be used on any pet including the main pets of summoners. It can be useful in lower tiers especially when taking on a yelloworange con summoner. At level 70 summoners are a joke for me, so I don't even bother with their pets at all except that I FD them off.

I think that says it all.</p></blockquote> Except  any and all classes w death preventions and/or stone skins. This includes bruisers w stone deaf. guards w ToS, zerkers w vom, all healers. And mana burn is a 9sec? cast. Long time to cast w people beating on ya.
