<p>There are alot of classes in EQ2 and every class benefit with different group buffs, utilities etc. The correct combination can really make a huge difference. We will learn this over time offcourse, but hopefully this post can help Raid Leaders to use the Coercer potential 100% raiding T7 zones.</p><p>There are many combinations building a group/raid, considering which classes are available, main tank class type, gear etc - so I wont even suggest "The best raid setup", but only state what a coercer can provide.</p><p><b><u>Basic group and single target benefits / enhancements (Master 1 spells)</u></b></p><p><b><i>AE Group buffs</i></b></p><p>+ 85 to INT and AGI(*)</p><p>+ 522 Power + 806 Magic/Divine + 1008 Mental(*)</p><p>+ 55 in-combat mana regen.(***) (using a spell every 45sec will add ~ 27 / tick)</p><p>Emergency (every 15 min), Distribute the groups total power devided to every member.</p><p>Emergency (every 15 min), When hit there is 33% to increase power 120-200 (for 3 min)</p><p><b><i>Single Target in Group</i></b></p><p>+ 78 DPS (*)</p><p>+ 43-49% Hate(**)</p><p><b><i>Single Target in Raid</i></b></p><p>- 23-28% Hate(*)(***)</p><p><b><u>AA's (Individual, ask your Coercer)</u></b></p><p><b><i>AE Group buffs</i></b></p><p>+ 14% heal crit</p><p>- 7% hate(if non-fighter)</p><p><b><i>Single target buff</i></b></p><p>+ 15% to ward/regen spells and add 1 trigger to reactive (**)</p><p>(*) Cost 1 concentration</p><p>(**) Can only be maintained on one friend</p><div align="left">(***) Base, with investments in AA's the amount can be higher.</div>

<p>Nice post. The only other things I would consider adding is Mana Cloak, Channel, and Gorging Thoughts since all contribute to in-combat power regen. Optionally maybe mention mana flow as well.</p><p>While you're mentioning AA's you could also mention touch of empathy which can be used to periodically reduce a group members threat. I don't use it much, but I do have it.</p>

Seconded that this is a really good post. I might suggest being sure to note that some of those benefits, like Coercive Healing, only exist if the character has invested AA points in the requisite lines. Also, stepping beyond just buffs, Amnesia and Thought Snap are two raid-saving abilities that are often overlooked. Amnesia in particular is essential in many named strategies.
May also want to mention the 15 minute duration increase to power regen (which can also be increased with AP's).

Might wana mention the Aggro lock (which I think is useless), that the "- 23% Hate(*)" can be pumped to -28% and the "+ 49% Hate(**)" is ridiculously hard to get ([Removed for Content] you level 52 spells that were never upgraded!), the A3 is 43%. Plus I think not just our battery-ness and buffs are important but our consistent magical debuffs also play a HUGE roll in raids... ALL Magical damage by 1229 (constant) Divine / Magic / Mental by 2741 (constant) And Mental by 2741 (constant) ~ 6241 once every minute for 10 seconds. ( I <3 Tash, lol)

I will update the post.</p><p>My intentions with the post was to give the highlights from our class for any leader to see in which group we could benefit the most for group/raid utilities and buffs, not so much that we can mez, debuff or memory wipe enemies. Agreed that those are unique and important. Perhaps I should split the post in two?</p><p>First part with buffs and utill, second part with our unique enemy "attacks" ?</p>

Better, in my opinion, to detail what *every* coercer brings to the table, then later list 'options'. Much like the details of new car packages, to be honest. There are enough pure 'dps coercers' out there to combat the idea that we all have a support oriented AA tree.

mmmm K All Coercers offer the following to a raid: - Mana regen (no conc req) - Atleast 1k debuff to all Magic resists, constant (no conc req) - Atleast an aditional 1,200 debuff to Divine / Magic / Mental resists, constant (no conc req) - Group Agi / Int buff (1 conc) - Group Power, Magic/Mental resist buff (1 conc) - Group Single target raw DPS buff 50~78% (1 conc) - Raid wide single target Hate reduc (1 conc) - Group Single target raw Hate gain buff 32~49% (no conc req, one cast only) - Total memory wipe of a single target once every 2min. (minus proxy hate hate on the Coercer) EVERY Coercer has all of these abilities to offer to the raid. (minus the DPS they output of course) Regardless of the AA they have gone down this is the minimum of what we can do.

<p>Dont forget Amnesia, memwiping is handy in some encounters to split encounters...</p>
