<p>is this access quest suppose to add an entry into the journal when you talk to the centaurs in RoV?</p><p>did not get anything when i did talk to them, they asked for key so i killed the grouped guards without luck and waited for respawn but was time for bed so will try again at next login.</p><p>will i not get a key if no journal entry? is the key the starter piece?</p>

I think you have to talk to 1 of the ponies in prison, then kill the guards for a key...
