Converting XP

Is there a way to convert adventure xp into AA xp? If so how does one do it?

Not directly, completing quest and killing names(with color) will give you both.

After hitting adventure level 70, all XP you gain is converted, at sort of a lowish ratio, into AA XP.  You also keep gaining AA XP the same ways: certain items, quests, locations, etc. However, at the lower levels (ie, 1 - 69) there is no conversion.
