It seems to work fine and all as a basic browser but...

You may have just made a way for my kids to see websites I may not want them going to otherwise. I configured my daughters Internet Explorer to use ratings and limit what she can see, but it appears your Modzilla implementaion bypasses that. Basically, if someone can surf Internet [Removed for Content] through the EQ2 game interface, should the game still have a Teen rating? I am not so sure parents are going to be happy about you installing a backdoor to the Internet on their kids computers.

I know the game has had a "browser" forever, but the old one was so broken and useless, it was never a worry before.

Are you using an internet-filter program, or just the in-browser settings on your internet explorer? There are ways to set firefox to block explicit content, and in my opinion, they are much better than the solutions for Internet Explorer There is an add-on called ProCon Predator, at https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1803/ This is a password protected, updated list that prevents images and other content from being able to load. It also contains a whitelist so you can always allow certain sites to load. I know that allowing firefox extensions in the in-game browser is opening a whole new can of worms for the development team, but the ability to get them working is already there, so they might want to look into something like this. Or they might simply want to provide links to how parents can do this themselves. Hope this helps out some. If you're interested in figuring out how to load any extensions in the in game browser, please let me know. I've already added the ability to play flash movies and block website ads to mine, and I'm sure there will be even more interesting functionality to come.
