started a Coercer

<p> I have currently gotten to lvl 12. <p>Before that question can be answered properly, you need to let the community know the following.</p><p>Are you on a PVP or a PVE server?</p><p>Do you intend to raid (not that important to answer this early, but good to know anyway)?</p><p>Do you intend to group or solo mostly?</p><p>Do you prefer a backup role, dps role, CC role, or a balanced mix.  This one can be very important as the answers you seek will be very different based on this choice.</p><p>Is this toon a twink or from scratch?</p><p>Did you read the very good stickied posts at the top of this section?  Those threads will answer most of your questions at this point.</p>
