Crafting problems

<p>Im having trouble starting a tradskill, i have the quest "Seeking a Tradesskill Profession" but i cant find these tradeskill society delegates it is on about. Also, im already in freeport and i didnt do any of the artisan stuff in the outpost, does that matter?</p>

<p>I don't know about Freeport but in Quenos the delegate stands near the broker. I had to right click to get him to talk to me.</p>

in Freeport the Crafting quest NPC is near the alchemy tables.....
