Master level charm?

<p>I know it has been asked many times over, but with all the changes made I want to know if this holds true.</p><p>If I have a master level coerce, how many levels is it good for?</p><p>Are the effects of having a master coerce going to be any different than having Beguile at master level besides the amount of time it last? Are there diminishing returns to having it that way considering the level of the spell vs the higher level mobs?</p>
