I pay extra on my monthly fee, which is the station access fee, plus the entire bundle of extra goodies. We have new forums! HURRAH! Vanguard is LIVE HURRAH! How about someone fix it so that I can use the stupid sign in button on the upper left hand corner of EQ2Players.

If I use the sign in at the top of the page it does nothing, and when I use the sign in button on the upper left hand corner, my web browser times out. For two months I have been waiting for the ability to use all my goodies I have been paying for, and I actually lucked out once and somehow (don't remember how coz I got excited) got signed in. Give me what I am paying for or lose my money.

Are you using your correct station name and password?

Lilbug997 wrote:
Are you using your correct station name and password?
Absolutely. How do you think I am able to post over here. The issue is not with the forums, however, its with EQ2Players.com. I am unable to use the services I am paying for because the website is broken. Every time I click the sign in button (upper left hand corner), my browser times out.

I just realized today I am having this problem also. I click "sign in", put in the relevant info, and click "sign in" again. What is happening is the page shows the little loader happening, then it says "done", and I'm still sitting on the sign in screen. I'm using the latest version of Mozilla, not sure if that is relevant. Any other ideas?

I am paying for the "full monte" as it were, and am unable to access all the little goodies I pay for. If I go to the forums, and sign in up top, its lickety split, you're in. And same on EQ2Players. However, you cannot access the goodies by signing in up top. You must sign in on the upper left button, and this is not functioning. Can we please have someone in your IT dept take a look at this, say, yesterday?

Ok, found a fix. I tried signing in through IE 7 and it worked. Unfortunately, it appears you cannot log in using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox at this time..... At least I am unable to.

I can't just run around and switch browsers at will so I can use something I am paying for here. Before the updates to the website (ie, before EoF), I was able to access the information just fine. Something Sony has done has made it so that I can no longer access the information I am paying to receive.

I too am paying extra and can't access any of the "goodies". Even if it lets me login (which isn't often) I can't get into anything (like upload a photo of my character). It is very frustrating and I'm about to cancel that part too. Not sure what I'm paying extra for if I can't get into it.

My guild has used an external forum for quite some time, due the buggy nature of eq2players.com guild forums. I attempted to see how the supposed merge went in hope of witnessing improved useability. However the login appears stuck in a loop. I used Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.2, as well as I.E. version 7 and the loop is consistant.

I don't know what he did to get our forums set up.

The issue here though is the main site heheh
