phantom easyloader adornment

<p>has anyone tried the Phantom easyloader adornment the power tap one? it goes on a throwing ranged weapon, it claims it procs off melee attacks tho on the description, anyone ever test it yet? there's also a life tap one that goes on a bow, says the same thing, that it procs on melee</p>
