We have a major issue in bonemore on oasis with 4 - 6 people spam hailing the keeper to the MoA Trials.... stopping people form entering any of the trials, and we have guild members who need trial 1 & 2...

Several of us have submitted a petition via this peition system that is worse then the old in game one. Its been about 2hrs and well my group has pretty much died off. Yet those same crackheads are still at the door, and nothing from a GM yet...

isnt lack of customer support bad business?

I did get a survey asking me to rate their performance..Needless to say I slammed them... Had they kept the petitioning system in game and kept the GMs in the USA service might be abit better. It looks to me that if the current petition recievers don't understand what you are talking about, they disgard your complaint. Petition takers need to uderstnd english, play the game so they know what's going on, and respond within 60 minutes....

I know.. NDA, Contracts, etc. will prevent this. It was supposed to in other games too, but didn't. I prefer non-biased and uninterested parties with the power to manipulate the game thank you very much.

Case in point.. and this has happened.. (not in EQ2) GM creates a spontaneous Guard Zone outside and event, raid, whatever... those who are KoS (Kill On Sight) are insta-whacked so the PvE people can enjoy their event. Keep interviews in North America.. but make them swipe a badge before they enter the building and accountable for their actions. Or, put the "call center" in India where "Bob" who barely speaks english and roots for the Cubs doesn't give a crap about who belongs to what guild and is oblivious to the server mechanics, drama, community.

They got rid of them after some chat room moderators from America Online sued AOL wanting compesation for their time and it became apparent that online companies that used "volunteer" help could not indemnify themselves from lawsuits from them....The guides in EQ2 at more like "event planners" now...The "GM"s that SOE uses to answer petitions don't play the game, don't live in the USA and have no understanding of the intricasies of MMOs...Not to mention they take jobs from Americans...

Well look at it this way. I send it about 20 petitions about a player who is hacking on a pvp server. I mean its obvious when you can see 4 of the same player whipping around another player in circles. Weeks and weeks and still the hacker remains free. Then 1 day someone reports my name because its "to" close to an original name and wouldnt ya know it the screen is dropping in seconds and some gm giving me a lecture about the rules of the server. Ahhhh god ya gotta love support.
