Ranger Deity?

Hey, just curious what everyone's opinion is on choosing a deity for rangers.  If this were still EQ1, I'd say Tunare, but I doubt she would offer anything to us.

Brell without a doubt for the DPS cloak. No other diety for the Ranger.

<p>I went w/Mith Marr who offers a cloak w/a +15 dps & +50str proc & a lion pet that buffs +13str/wis (but thats al it does).  The blessings/miracle from Mirth Marr or more ST oriented tho.  iirc Brell gives a cloak w/health regen but belive brell has a miracle/blessing or 2 that might help dps.</p>

I've gone Marr as well, the buff on the cloak procs constantly giving a nice boost throught the fights. The miracles and blessings are useless (I haven't bothered with them since I finished the quest) but the only alternative I've seen without going exile is Brell and far as I know the only DPS miracle he has is a large AE (or a slightly smaller AE+dot), might be usefull for Princes but not much else IMO. A friend is trying to convince me to exile for one of the evil deity's but I'm too lazy =p

Safana has the right idea.  Even though the arrows are NO ZONE, the 10 minute dps buff and t8 ammo make a nice boost for those 'special' encounters. The Marr cloak is by far the best one available for rangers, but the Marr miracles / blessings just seem tank oriented to me.  The heal miracle / blessings from Tunare are much better.  As an added bonus, after you've gone through the Marr quest, completing Tunare is so easy that it seems downright trivial.

I went with Zek. Yes he is evil.  The cloak has a damage and dps mod proc. The Mircles are good damage as well. But since I'm in Exile, I can choose any diety. Might try another, haven't really looked to hard into yet though.

Marr Cloak procs off bow and it procs alot! If you want, you can do all deitys (except the evil ones) to get the cloaks and then choose the last one to use the miracles/blessings... you even can switch your deity evry day, but when revoking one you will loose the positive faction from doing the quests or sacrificing items.

<p><b>well i went marr for the cloak only. o then switched to sol ro the 13 int from the imp is very nice and with our soell crit aa ive done 33k incinderates(sp) and there is a decent pet blessing that does decent dps.  </b></p>

I'm a follower of the Fear God, but i have the war mantle of rallos, but im planing on trying quellious.  There is a de-aggro proc on it with a daze effect.
