Hi! I am very confused about parser and their results. Do Mystic wards show up on other healers parser and if so what is the name of the wards I see that the templar stone skin as well as our shield alley don't show on my own heals. (Im using the ACT) Sorry for the noobish question but I have no experience from how to play a mystic... Not counting my level 4 mystic on newbeeisland

/Tash Level 70 Templar

They do. At work atm, so can't give you the details. I know if you set ACT to display based on Healed% and use the {exthps} (I think that was the command..) it should show the total healed/prevented. That help, or did I misunderstand the question?

I don't know but I routinely group up with a Templar and a Fury in our MT raid group and regularly lost out to the Templar on the Heal parse.

I can ward/bolster/oberon and the MT health does not move for 30 secs and yet the Templar is still apparently out healing me! How is this possible? Being a reactive healer surely the target has to TAKE damage before it can be HEALED?

Recently I have demoted myself to sole MA group healer, letting our defiler takeover MT duties. I find in THIS situation my wards are so effective I can spend 80% of my time curing/debuffing.

/sigh

The lot of a mystic is a vexxing one. If we do our job it looks like the tank isn't getting hit and we are superfluous, and if we're not then everyone's dead and we get the blame!

I do believe that parsing is a double edged sword as dps (and I suppose healers) can end up chasing the parse to the detriment of the raid as a whole. It is interesting though how heal parses seem to go against commonsense expectation.

I guess all classes have a lot of unseen bonuses. As example the Templar stone skin and mitigation buffs. So can't really say one class should rock or not I guess. As a templar I have three debuffs I almost always drop on the mob. They hold for over a minute and very seldom need to be recast so after those debuffs I'm all up to healing duty.

How many debuffs do shamans use and how often do they need to recast them? (Just very curious about the class. ) /Tash

Stat Debuff 23 points to str, agi, sta, wis, int at adept 3, Line used to be 32% all stats M2, but was nerfed. 72secs 4. Procing debuff(buff) -27%DPS, -22% attack speed. Very good for long fights. master i. unt canceled, proc lasts 36 seconds 5. Procing ward (debuff) 264HP/proc A1, 72 secs. proc lasts 24 secs. 6. DoT Debuff 99-121x4 dot, 11% slow. M1, 16secs 7. Debuff -20% attack, -12.2% DPS, I'm still using M2 of an "obsolete" spell because I need a M1 to upgrade.

KoS abilities all shaman have access to but are a matter of preference, I'll give numbers if I have it or plan to. 1. STR 4, Pet ward proc 2. STA 3, Infective Bites -16% to mobs casting and recovery times. 3. Int 4 Group Buff all magic mitigation 800 or so maxed. Offensively, I notice I hit for up to 100 points harder when I debuff with crippling bash for 967 all magic, so I figure this is good for at least 50 per spell per party member. 4. Int 3, Debuff all stats 8%-12%? at A4.

As a mystic, I have: 4 Debuffs that I feel MUST be on the mob: Main DPS Debuff Encounter STA/Resists debuff Single Target STA debuff Attack Speed slow + combat skill debuff And an additional 3 I would like to have on the mob, but often dont have time: Encounter Attack Speed Slow Secondary DPS debuff Damage when spell/combat art is used debuff

I am a 70 raiding Mystic, I usuaally make the heal parse but my first job is warding and debuffing, some encounters I will go through a full cycle of all 6 of my debuffs twice. The question that I have if anyone can answer, is there a way to set up a heal parse to show the top 5 or 6 healers healed%, debuff% or however that is calculated and how much damage their wards prevented? If I could I would love to set mine up to calculate that way.
