As far as I can tell most of the sites which list / describe / walk through quests (allakahzam's etc.) are outdated. Which is the best site for this?
I like www.eq2i.com

And, if so, you realize it works like a Wiki over at Alla's.. you can submit comments and they'll update them once confirmed. That's why they call 'em "community" websites...
eq2.ogaming.com which is now allakazam (or however you spell it). This is the largestest compolation of EQ2 quests out there. Sometimes you wont find your answers there so then revert to the first posters site at eq2i.com. They have a good "tree" of quest "timelines". For all the big quests I use EQ2I.com cause they tend to be more accurate and straight foward.

I agree that quite a few of Allakhazam's walkthrough's are out of date (or just wrong?) but would also point out that people that use the site do post details, corrections etc. so check the bit below each walkthough for additions, corrections etc. i.e. Don't write off that site EQ2I.com is pretty good, as corrections, updates etc. are made by us directly, so there's no delays. I also use http://eq2.tentonhammer.com/ but believe this is run in a similar manner to Alla, in that updates and corrections take some time to filter through. Personally, I tend to Google the quest name and then dip into the above known sites from there, or use whatever else comes up and looks promising. But for me the above sites are all worth bookmarking. I also have http://eq2.gamepressure.com/ and http://maps.eq2interface.com/ bookmarked, as they some times hold a nugget or two of quest specific info. And I so miss ogaming
