Very early this morning (over 8 hours ago) I petitioned someone for using an exploit.....I went off to work. I just came home and the same toon is sitting in the same place exploiting the same area.....SO I tried to petition again thinking maybe they chased him off and he's stupid so he came back.... Except the first petition hasn't been handled yet so he's been there all day cheating and no one has done anything about it..... ummm so now we turn a blind eye on cheating? or don't we have anyone to answer petitions???

I had a petition answered in less than an hour today.

It's PRESIDENT'S DAY in the USA, the Petitions go to INDIA....I still have not recieved an answer...

You wonder why your petitions are ignored.

I made a simple petition in regards to a problem I am having getting my surname back on the 15th Other then the petition number and the email that forces me to confirm an already recently confirmed email address I have not even gotten an auto reply. It's like it went into a black hole. I too am wondering what's up since this is my first petition ever.

It's already a p.i.t.a. doing a petition. I assume to deter people from doing them but my complaint is a very legit issue and it'd be nice to at least know it hasn't fallen into a black hole.

I doubt they'll tell you the result of their investigation, thats against SOE policy. If you reported the guy, and he's still there, either he isn't actually "exploiting" or they just haven't gotten around to checking it out yet (most times play that isn't disrupting or harrasing others will generally be lower priority than some of the other things the GM's have to deal with). Either way, you've done your part. Leave them to theirs.

And the comment I highlighted above was out of line. Thread closed.
