character vanished!

Hi. 1 of my toons have vanished form the char select sceen any ideas what could be happening or how i can get it back ? ive checked on eq2players and its not been deleted in mistake or anything, i usse the default UI etc etc help!! <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Is the server up? If it isn't you will only see a cached list of characters that can be incomplete. Did you recently switch from Station Access to a regular subscription and had more than the 6 characters that a normal subscription allows? If so, any additional characters will be inaccessible until another is deleted. Are you looking at the actual ingame character select or the Launchpad list?

hi i go from launch pad to  toon select, i did get server down msg earlier but i know it wasnt because i was just changing from one toon to another and logged back in OK and only 4 of them were there <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> maybe they will come back later ?
