I like tinkering. Sure, there are tidious parts, the sheer volume of harvesting..the slow skill ups. But, I sorta went into it knowing that, cause it was mentioned before they went live that these two sub classes were intended to be that way. So, it's aobut what I expected. But, there are lots of pluses as I plod. I crawl over each zone harvesting, I've found collectibles galore to pass onto alts (who tend to be lazy, allowing me to do all the work), I've gotten rares to pad my pockets and to twink out said lazy alts. Book pages found and assimilated, a few oddball quests completed (yes, I do grey quests). All in all, I've acoomplished alot.I've noted in other threads that I'm against hte idea of removing the tinkering requirement to items. I don't want the game filled with people who can feign death, safe fall, etc..If they do that, why not just make us all the same and give us the skills and not bother with tinkering? I assumed making it tough to do was to seperate that chafe form the wheat. Those who stuck it out got a few steps up on those who don't. I think that makes me selfish, though If I had any complaints (and it doesn't really count), it's that those who were wiae enough to grab what was ocming out of test were able to suck up all loam and ore and stone while it was so darn cheap to slam through levels where us not so saavy are left to grind away, but that's a silly complaint, don't ya think
