Transmuters--searching for transmutables w/o app IV spells

Does anyone know if there is a way to search for items to transmute that are not apprentice IV's?  I have tried using different things but usually have to flip through about 90-120 pages of adept IV's. Thanks

<p>I suspect you mean Adept I's as Apprentice spells (II through IV) are <i>not</i> transmutable. Adept III's and Master I's are, however.</p><p>Try changing the quality dropdown to Treasured, Legendary or higher and enter a level range. There is some junk that will be displayed that is not transmutable but all armor and weapons you see should be.</p>

I think the answer to you question is a very short word, starting with N and ending in O!  If we have a bit of Boolean Logic in the search then maybe there'd be a different answer. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> As Zardoz said, using the dropdown to select Treasured, Legendary etc. helps but sadly Apprentice IV's (and lower) are TREASURED items so still appear in the search.  As do L&L items and adornments and who knows what else. Searching for spell scrolls you can do by putting the word ADEPT in the Item Name field.  This gives you all the Adept I & III spells.  Obviously, it doesn't give masters, so you'd need to search on those separately. Another search you can try is selecting Attunable as the item type and Treasured (or whatever your preference) as the Tier. In short, there is no single search you can do to find all transmutables, but you can find lots with the searches mentioned above.  Nope this helps.

the solution is easy (for SOE), just correct the wrong tags on the spells. They are handcrafted not treasured.

<p>The easiest solution to this that I have found is to have 2 searches saved.</p><p>The first one have set to the level range you are after, select treasured in the tier field, spell scroll in the item type field, and type in adept under the item name field. This will return you all of the adpet 1s in the level range you are after.</p><p>The second search have set up with the level range as above, treasured in the tier field, and attunable in the item type field.</p><p>These to searches are all you need to look at on the broker for transmutable items. All you need to do as you progress in levels is change the level range you search for.</p>
