Essence of Turgur? poison stacking question?

Since the poison change just look at the color in T7. You can run with one of each color.

OK sorry, might have been some confusion with my question. I understand using poisons, stack 3, 1Damage, 1debuff, 1utility/misc. Debuff poisons of the same kind do stack on the same mob, they overwrite each other just as Hemotoxin overwrites itself. What I am trying to ask is, if a defiler slows the "attack speed" of a mob, will Essence of Tugur stack with the defiler slow, resulting in an even slower attacking mob? Balerius, sorry if you understood my question and answered it, Ranja mistook my question or I asked it in way that was misleading.
