Leaderboard not functioning for my toon correctly

<p>I've noticed for some period of time (at least 2 weeks) that my toon has been misplaced from my leaderboard inquiries.  In the meantime I've been looking up my toon directly record the HP/Power etc. and then look up the leaderboard and see where I stand vs. my peers.  I recently set up a custom leaderboard so I could attempt to add my toon directly to a mini leaderboard.  To my surprise I'm found but it appears my gear has been completely ignored for the ranking purposes. I'm showing up on the leaderboard with 2.8k hps 1.9k power 112 avg. resists on a level 70 warden. </p><p> This only appears to be affecting my one toon.  I've heard its possible the ranking recorded me when my armor was broke but its not consistent with being able to look up my toon ok eq2players.  The chances though since its been ongoing like this and its not affecting any guildmates (who would suffer broken armor at the same time) nearly rule that possiblity out. </p><p> Anyways I'd appreciate if anyone can please look into whats going on with my toon in regards to the leaderboard.</p><p> Xendo Stormwind 70 Warden of Kithicor  </p>

<p>The leaderboards are not showing my character level correctly.  My monk hasn't been level 48 for almost 3 weeks, the website shows my toon at the correct level, but the leaderboard has Obladi - Monk - Lucan DLere listed at 48, even though he is currently 51 (see signature below).</p><p>Do the Leaderboards only refresh once a month, or on certain days of the month?  If so, this would be really good information so we know not to check past a certain point.</p>

<p>No Obladi, it hasn't always been like this. I think it was being updated within a 24 hour period. Obviously, I'm not exactly sure...but something close to that I imagine. </p><p>I'm also having the same issue. When I go to EQ2players --> Rankings, I see that my info is correct (IE: lvl, quests completed, etc) However, when you then go to the Leaderboards section, it's off by about 2 weeks. My lvl there is off, the quests completed shows a number from 2 weeks ago, etc. I've checked the leaderboards on multiple computers and I have already cleared history/temp. internet files, etc. and still the exact same result. I've also looked up friends and guildmates and it's the same thing.</p><p>I did notice today that it was semi-updated. Still about 2 weeks off though. Is this a known problem the Web team is aware of, and any ETA you can give us??</p><p>Thanks in advance!!</p>

Leaderboards haven't been updated in about 3 weeks. /shrug. For a while there char profiles and guild rosters weren't updated either. Both those two just came back on-line in the past week or so... Hopefully the leaderboards will go back on-line again too... Nihyn -- Guk

My information has been messed up for a while now.  If I go directly to my character page for example, it shows I have over 6300 power unbuffed....but if I go to the rankings page (which I am now paying extra for) it says I have just over 2k power at lvl 70....I don't think this is even possible.  I am going to have to cancel this feature until it is fixed.  Why ask customers to pay extra for something that doesn't even work?!
