Where to find the Apotheotic Rod

<p>   I saw this item on someone the other day and decided I must have it... +52 int is awesome for a mage like myself, I have found that it drops of the Shade of Ghazi but I cant find exactly where that is.  Any ideas of where to look?</p><p> <img src="http://eq2.xanadu-community.com/images/loot/1190.jpg" border="0"></p>

<p>It is pretty tough, you have to kill all cube mobs and get a part of Ghazi's essence. Then when youhave all essences, you can summon Ghazi at the same spot (cubes). It's on Isle of Ravasect.</p><p> Oh and to spawn each cube mob, you need the appropriate legendary item that goes with it. They are all Epic x4, same as Ghazi.</p>

52 Int really isnt good for a mage. Take a 1hander and a symbol and get 60Int and 2 item effects.

   Do you have any suggestions for them, I havent really seen that many 1 hand ones that were that good.
