<p>In a previous topic, I mentioned that I have recently returned to try out the "returning player" 7-day trial. I'm trying to get a feel for the "new" aspects of the game, but I don't have any expansions or adventure packs.</p><p>Two questions:</p><p>1.) Where would be a good spot for me to experiment solo as a 31 necromancer? I have decent gear and spells, I think (Mostly adept 3's and some masters). </p><p>2.) How are the expansions and, most importantly, what is the high end like in comparison to Everquest? Are raids compelling? Is the lore interesting? (Vague questions, I know. For your level I recommend the Enchanted Lands. There are a lot of good quests there, like the valekeeper quest line, 3 different bootstrutters quests, and a couple L&Ls. There's also Runnyeye Citadel and Rivervale (both of which zone off from EL) that you can go to in a few levels to quest more. RE especially has a bunch of nameds and a lot of great drops. You can also get through Varsoon's and kill the nameds and do Chamber of Immortality. EL is great for soloing, though. Edit: I think that the expansions are all great, even if DoF and KoS are higher level content than your toon currently is. They are important to get for the achievement advancement.
