Launcer restarting

<p>Hi,</p><p>Had to reformat my hard drive so lost EQ. I started to download the entire game last night from the launch pad, took about 7 hours but when it got to the end of the download it started the whole process again and tells me 7 hours time left!</p><p>Any ideas? </p>

I had the same problem once before. My hard drive was partitioned and I installed EQ2 on my D: drive. It would download the patch but when I would try to start the game, It would start downloading the patch all over again. I installed EQ2 onto C: drive and it fixed the issue. Dont know if your drive is partitioned or not but thats why mine did it.
