I was wondering if anyone had taken the time to see what this actually does on epics.  It is clearly labeled that the second effect does not work on epics, but I've visually watched it knock mobs over.  I'm wondering if it is knocking them down is it also by chance stunning?  Anyone got a parse or something to verify it?
