Adornment Question

I'm a I'm looking to adorn my MoA and I'm torn between 2 Adornments. The consecrated clasp gives me +10 to Minstration and Ordination. The restortative clasp gives +40 to healing spells. Which of these will actually give me the better results for healing?? Anyone know how much good minstration actually does?

<p>My opinion would be that the ministration/ordination is better for power management... while the +healing is better for sheer healing. So...</p><p> In a pvp setting or for instances the + Healing would be clearly superior because power should rarely be an issue. </p><p> On raids the ministration/ordination is better because power can be an issue(If it wasn't, flowing thought wouldn't be important) Maybe you can cast that spell one tick sooner after a power drain, etc... </p>
