PvP Ownage Items.. where are they found?

I've been thinking of items to get the most benefit out of in PvP for a ranger.. in other words, items that proc and do nice procs.. Here is a list i've come up with so far.. if you have any additional items feel free to add on and especially if you know where some of these items drop definitely add that to the list. It is also my understanding that if you have multiple items that proc the same thing ( Gloves, Belt, Arms all proc Stifle on Attack) that each one has an individual chance to proc each attack.. The Shadowed Tunic of Song - or something like that. Huge mental damage proc that procs all the time. It is like 500-1000 mental damage. +30 str +30 Int Found in OOB

<p>Two questions..</p><p>That tunic From OOB.. is it really +30 str and +30 int with a proc if so does anyone have a screen shot.?</p><p>And the Ring event for the gloves i've never been able to intiate it.. any ideas?</p>

<p>  It's 30 agi and 30 int on tunic of shadowed songs.</p><p>There's also a rapier for the sword and board types that drops in valdoons and procs a fear.</p>

thing of the sword, far as i know it does not proc on ranged attacks. and if it does proc on ranged, it will be fixed shortly.. as devs have stated melee weapons are not to proc on anything other than themselves. So the Qeynos Kilij i believe that procs on ranged will be fixed if it hasn't already been. but will add Valdoon's Rapier to the list anyway.

You should add that scout BP from tomb of valhon in TS. Its only lvl 33 but it has a 50% chance to proc a life tap that heals for around 100 each hit for 30sec duration. You can add the pvp belt as well that gives 10 second immunity from melee attacks.

  I don't go sword and board, but i have the Valdoon's Rapier.  Never really tested the proc on it from ranged as i use Inny's cloak for fear proc.  There is also the Maestro's Blade which procs off ranged i believe and drops from the Maestro x2 mob in MMC

<p>Unkee's vest sucks for pvp. </p><p>The heal proc is only like 30 health every sec, so its not that great.</p><p>Plus even worse is that if it will keep running unless you cancel even after the fight is over. </p><p>So that means if you kill a solo person and someone else hits you and the thing heals you that means your engaged in combat. Getting your self into combat unwillingly is very bad thing. </p>

for those of you who want a neat Roundshield... Hurricanus drops a roundshield that has a fiery affect to it. Xux`Liao also drops an incredible roundshield and of course Gorenaire. all raid mobs

Drelakors shield is not a gret pvp rond shield as it does not proc enough, I would go with the RS off Xix Liao or Hurricanus because of the great amounts of avoidance they give that u can stack with wrist and shield adornents that give +3% to block!!!! <33
