Hi there,

My little question isn't really about coercers, but I didn't know where to put it. As we have an AA that increase heal crit chance, i put it here. So, here is my problem.

When a spell or item says "increase critical hit chance by 10%" what is it really doing ?

1) When I cast a spell i have, for exemple, 15% chance to do a crit. if it increases 15 with 10% of 15, the crit chance with the spell will be 15 + (15/10) = 16.5%

2) It increses the total chance to do a crit by 10% so 15% + 10% = 25%.

I don't know if it's the french translation that leads to that confusion, but i can't say which of the two possibilities is the correct one. And it's very important.... if it's the firts, i'm not sure i'll spend 8 AA points in that ability. But if it's the second one, i won't hesitate one minute.

Can someone tell me, for sure, what is the correct effect ?

PS : If it has already been disscussed i'm sorry, hard to find threads when english isn't your mother tongue
