Thinking of pairing up with my sister and was wondering what would be a great compliment to a Dwarf Templar? Also, the main question I really want to ask, is where should I go to start getting any armor quests? Is there a quest line I should be following in order to be a Templar of Brell? I really have no idea where to go from level 8 on up!

Thanks in advance!

Anything thats a halfling

If you have EOF, I might recommend running through the lower quests there; you can get a number of nice pieces from the quests in Greater Faydark. Very easy quests! You can start your class specific armor quests once you hit 20 from Ian (cant remember his last name exactly, Cauthlon or something to that effecct) in Qeynos Harbor.

Though it is a neat idea, there arent any god specific armors at the moment, just cloaks. Someone else can maybe chime in on what level you have to be to start the god quests? I'm pretty sure its not till a little bit later in the game though.

As for the combination.

If you want a fighter as a partner, I would go with a zerker or a pally (sk preffered if you dont mind partnering with a freeporter). The crusader classes make for very safe fighting, between their own heal/lifetaps and your healing power, and the fact that you both are wearing plate. You can go with the brawler class, but templars arent terribly effective with avoidance tanks. Having said that I duo'd for a long time with a monk and we did fine.

You could also go with a scout class. Of those, I would probably recommend a swashie. With their aa's they can actually take on the role of a light tank, while providing good dps, and with the power stealing poison, can keep up the damage output for long hauls. Add to that the group stealth and tracking and you can be snaking out named and quest mobs like pros.

"Ian" gives the 20+ armor quests for Templars too?
