<p>I have tried to transfer my toon 12 times now, first time January 18, 2007.</p><p>- All items at broker are removed, including money and containers - All items owned by the character is repaired - No mail is present in my mailbox, no read mails neither (2 weeks ago checked for ghostmails) - No experience debt - I have emptied and relinquished my house - I have nothing in the bank - I rename my toon from Riku to Rikku, because the name Riku is allready used</p><p>Every time I have tried to transfer I get an email telling me that my order has been received and will be processed. Shortly after I get a new email telling me that there was a problem and the transaction failed - REASON: Generic Fail, no explanation provided </p><p>I have written several mails to the emailsupport, and filled out many SOE Customer Satisfation Survey writing that I am very unsatisfied. Then I receive a notice that my feedback is greatly appreciated. But my toon is still not moved. Please help me.</p>
